Jinsan is a small city in the south of South Korea, somewhere between Busan and Ulsan. Although it's right next to the beach, Jinsan doesn't attract that many non-korean tourists. But, more often than not, Koreans come visit the city (as it holds a few historic monuments) and decide to move to Jinsan to restart their life. It's a lot quieter than for example Seoul. So it's not surprising to find new budding businesses.

Jinsan's got its own university, which is linked to PNU (Busan National University), and attracts lots of students from around the country with its attractive location.
